Salpingectomy

(C) Removal of the fallopian tube. This may be unilateral or bilateral. It may be performed at the same time as a hysterectomy or as a standalone procedure, e.g., during an ectopic pregnancy.

(D) Oophorectomy: Removal of the ovary. It may be unilateral or bilateral. If both ovaries are removed, menopause occurs immediately. It may be performed in conjunction with a hysterectomy or, in cases of pathology affecting only the ovaries, as a standalone procedure.

(E) Adnexectomy: Removal of the ovary and fallopian tube.
