The GESEA Gynaecolgical Endoscopy Education and Assessment Programme is a structured training Programme set up by the European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy and the European Academy of Gynaecological Surgery. It trains and certifies knowledge and practical skills prior to surgical competence, and is the official diploma programme of the ESGE. This Programme is recognized by various organisations and countries worldwide including SGGG.

GESEA programme – European Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy
GESEA swiss, in collaboration with ESGE and GESEA, runs Level 1 and Level 2 courses as well as certification exams. The exam consists of a theoretical and a practical component.
Candidates wishing to register for GESEA certification must complete the e-learning module provided by GESEA. Based on experience, this e-learning module takes several hours to complete; we recommend setting aside a whole weekend for this.
